Screaming Neon Red™ ('BAIneon') is a brand new introduction from Bailey Nurseries. The vibrant neon-red single blooms have curiously wavy edges and bright golden stamens. The leaves on this vigorous shrub rose are thick and leathery and typically display good fall color. This rose performed exceptionally well in every region it was trialed in, receiving four Local Artist awards (Cfa, Dfa, Dfb, and H), and has been recognized as an A.R.T.S.® Master Rose for 2020.
